Drawn From the Heart

This 8 week intensive group focused on exploring ways in which we can transform our relationship to grief. We can experience grief through many ways and forms as it is a phenomenon that is embedded in our human experience. It can take form through the death of a loved one, receiving a diagnosis of chronic illness, a divorce, and various life transitions or changes. This group utilized a structured art therapy based curriculum to explore various themes that often coincide with experiences of grief and loss, such as guilt, forgiveness, fear, and loss. 

Artful Resilience

This 8 week intensive group focused on exploring ways in which we can regain a sense of power and control beyond sexual trauma. Survivors often struggle in feeling seen and heard within their experiences of abuse. This group focused on helping group members overcome experiences of trauma by offering a safe and secure space for members to connect. The potential in giving you the power to tell your story and close the chapter as you chose, can be a significant part of your recovery. This group utilized a structured art therapy based curriculum to explore various themes that coincide with experience of sexual trauma, such as guilt, shame, autonomy, identity, and control.
